Regent’s Park is a vast green space surrounded by highly desirable properties in the north-western part of central London, partly in the City of Westminster and partly in the London Borough of Camden.
Stretching from Marylebone Road to the south, Hampstead Road to the east, Lisson Road to the west and up towards Primrose Hill in the north. The houses that surround the park are exceptionally grand and are typified by elegant white stucco fronted villas.
The extended area offers a mix of Georgian facades, Victorian houses and Edwardian cottages, combined with a smattering of post-war estates. Many people are attracted by the excellent, world-renowned learning institutions, which include Regents College, The Royal Academy of Music, the London Business School and Westminster University, making this area very popular for students.
