We began in 2012, with collectively 30 years experience in the industry, but thankfully left all the annoying traditional “estate agent ways” behind.

Although we are relatively small, we have the ability to move faster than the giants and can offer our clients a more personal service. Our team are hungry for results.

We are committed to producing effective marketing solutions, including; advertising on all the main property portals, local mailings, brochures, large database of qualified applicants and accompanied viewings. Our biggest marketing tool however, is our expansive network of professionals within the industry who contact us looking for properties, whether it be for individuals or corporate tenancies.

We have your best interests at heart. Not only do we showcase your property to our database of hundreds of registered tenants, but we also work with other agents. If they have a tenant for your property, they can send them our way. No extra cost or hassle for you. We aim to get your property rented for the best possible price, as quickly as possible.

We work outside of work hours

No, we don’t restrict tenants to viewings between 9 and 5! We want to achieve the best possible result for you, and that means us being flexible and accommodating for potential tenants.

Professional standards

As a member of The Property Ombudsman we follow the strict code of practice for residential sales and lettings. We are also a Property Mark registered office to encourage and maintain high standards within our industry.

Our fees

To find a tenant with our Let Only service, we charge 10% + VAT of the initial tenancy term (12% including VAT). Should the tenant extend their tenancy, we charge a renewal fee of 9% + VAT (11% including VAT) of the revised rental term.

Gas Safety Certificate: £120
Portable Appliance test: £120
Electrical Safety (EICR test): £300
Inventory: £150-£250 (depending on the size of the property)
