We began in 2012, with collectively 30 years experience in the industry, but thankfully left all the annoying traditional “estate agent ways” behind.

We work outside of work hours
No, we won’t make you take time out of our annual leave allowance to view properties. Let us know when is convenient, and we’re happy to try arrange viewings for after hours. Weekends too!

Client money protection
Our company is part of the PropertyMark Client Money Protection Scheme. Scheme ref: C0127224. They provide compensation to landlords, tenants and other clients should an agent misappropriate their rent, deposit or other client funds.
As a member of The Property Ombudsman we follow the strict code of practice for residential sales and lettings. We are also an ARLA registered office (Association of Residential Letting Agents) to encourage and maintain high standards within our industry.
